A full medical history will be taken on the day. If you proceed with treatment or book for future cosmetic treatment photographs and consent forms will also need to be obtained.
Please note this is a 45 minute appointment, and there may not be enough time to discuss all treatments available, in which case you would need to make another consultation appointment.
